Lobby: AI front desk for community management

Your management software doesn’t answer the phone.

Lobby does. A voice agent that knows the resident, handles the routine, and brings in a person only when it should.

The gap

A resident calls after hours. Nobody answers.

Your management software runs the back office. It was never built to pick up the phone. When a resident calls about a gate code, a maintenance issue, or something urgent, that call either waits until morning or goes nowhere. And every one of those calls that does get picked up is a manager’s afternoon, answering the same handful of questions over and over.

How it works

June answers on the first ring.

01

A resident calls

Any time, day or night. June picks up immediately, every time.

02

She knows who’s calling

Property, account, and call history. No “let me transfer you” loop.

03

Handles it or hands it off

Routine questions get answered on the spot. Anything real goes to a person, with full context attached.

In production, not a demo

Already live on a real portfolio.

82%

As of August 6, 2026, from a real community management company’s live pilot. A person still reviews what June handles today. That’s a deliberate choice while the system earns trust, not a limitation we’re hiding.

The question you’re already asking

What June won’t say.

June verifies who she’s talking to before discussing anything account-specific. On collections specifically, she won’t disclose a balance or a status over the phone, ever, no exceptions. That rule is enforced in the system itself, not left to judgment on the call.

Beyond the phone

This isn’t the only system we build.

Lobby solves one problem well. It’s also one piece of the custom AI work we build for businesses that need something shaped around how they actually operate, not a template with their logo on it. If a phone line is the first problem worth solving, it’s rarely the last.

Pricing

Priced per unit, scoped to your portfolio.

Every management company runs differently, so pricing is set against your community count and call volume rather than a flat rate.
